A truly nutty cookie, featuring hazelnut butter. Soft bake them for a short time or for a crack, a little longer.
Hazelnut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 85g caster sugar
- 70g muscovado sugar
- 230g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 100g hazelnut butter
- 100g chocolate chips
- 100g butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- Mix together both sugars, vanilla, hazelnut butter, egg and melted butter and mix till completely combined.
- Add in the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips, reserving a few for later. Stir till completely combined.
- Scoop out and evenly space on a lined baking tray, sprinkle over the reserved chocolate chips and bake at 180oC for ten minutes.
- If you like you cookies a little more solid bake for a few minutes longer.
