Brownies just got even better, with the crunch of toasted hazelnuts and the creaminess of the hazelnut spread, these brownies could be described as ‘to die for’.

- 125g butter
- 75g hazelnut spread
- 100g hazelnuts, toasted

- Put the sugar and the eggs in a bowl and using an electric whisk, whisk till thick and creamy.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder together. Pour the melted chocolate mix into the eggs and fold, sift the flour and cocoa in and fold until completely combined, being careful not to knock too much air out.
- Pour into a lined tin sprinkling the hazelnuts on top, cook at 180oC for 25 minutes, if you like your brownies gooey leave them, if you like yours a little more solid, cook for another five minutes or so.
Slice before they cool, serving with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
